Wow this place is a godsend. From the first time I walked in I was greeted with total respect and the woman (I already forgot her name, she had a slight accent) that helped me through the whole process was so pleasant and reassuring. There was a little hiccup with the insurance which at first made me feel uneasy but this woman took care of everything and gave me step by step of everything that was going to happen. Sam is like the miracle man. He also touched up a few other things unrelated to the accident. And now that I know they do oil changes and a bunch of other stuff. I will definitely be back. I cannot recommend this place enough, no wonder it has so many positive reviews. Staff and everyone is super knowledgeable and you really feel at ease leaving your car there and letting them take care of the rest. If I ever need any more work done Sam will be my go to guy. This place is great.

My friend referred me to Sam because my car has taken a beating on the streets of NYC. Sam is honest and knowledgeable. His estimates were lower than other facilities and even offers you less expensive parts if you want to save money or use the top of the line products if you want to spend more. The bottom line is he made my car look flawless after 15yrs on the road and there are no surprises with the price. I would refer friends and family to Sam.

I'm a vintage car collector. VW's from the 80s to be specific. I try to avoid painting cars as much as possible. The windshield frame of my beloved mk1 was rusted out and the car was loaded w dents. I was ready to have the whole thing repainted. Sam gave me a quote then talked me out of it. Saying he could fix the whole car without repainting it.
Anyone else would have taken my money and had an employee do the repairs. Sam worked on my car every Sunday during the summer, and had the car done in a lil over a month.
He's the best. Treated my ride like it was his. -

I brought my car here because it was the nearest shop to me that Geico insured & they were able to see me the day after an accident. They gave me an estimate that was high (but I didn't mind - insurance was paying) and a timeline of two weeks. They completed the task on time but when I arrived there were small flecks in the car all along the area that was replaced because they hadn't thought to keep it out of the way of the snowplough blasting salt everywhere. They kept it another week and repainted the marks. When I returned a week later, they had missed several, and some paint had gotten on the window/plastic barrier, but by this point my car had been out of commission for three weeks and I needed it back, so I ignored it.
I went straight to get my state inspection and it turns out that someone had "erased" my engine light after it went on at the body shop and my car will need to be driven 60 miles before I can pass my state inspection; meaning I wasted $40 getting an inspection that frankly is caused by this garage's poor service/lack of communication.
I would not take my car here a second time. -

25 stars to Sam, his team and Geico. Sam is the car doctor. He has repaired my car twice after two accidents. The recent was a hit and run and did a lot of damage. Picked up my road warrior last night and it looks like it came off the showroom floor. It even smells new inside. Thanks Sam for your gold star service standard.
